HotVapes offers 510 and 808D usb chargers, a wall charger and a car charger.  In order to use the wall and/or car chargers you will need a usb charger; it plugs into the wall and car chargers' usb inputs.  This is actually a convenience and helps keep charger costs low.

The wall charger is a fast way to charge batteries when you are at home.  A wall outlet tends to charge batteries a bit more quickly than the computer.
