The mega atomizer only works with mega cartridges, not standard cartridges or drip tips.  It comes with a fillable blank mega cartridge.  The best way to fill and refill a mega cartridge is using a syringe (available in Accessories).  The mega cartridge/atomizer combination makes vaping on the go easy, since each cartridge holds a milliliter of liquid.  Available in black, titanium and pink.
